Expected Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.
- Excellent knowledge of the modules and functionalities of the SAP SuccessFactors platform, in particular Onboarding, Recruiting, Employee Central
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and design HR solutions in the SuccessFactors system.
- Knowledge of best practices in the field of human resource management in the cloud.
- Good knowledge of English and/or German will be an added advantage.
- Certifications related to SAP SuccessFactors will be an added asset.
Scope of duties:
- Design and deploy HR solutions in the cloud using SAP SuccessFactors.
- Configuration of SuccessFactors modules, taking care of optimization and compliance with best practices.
- Analysis and solution of problems related to the functioning of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to ensure the integration and efficient operation of the platform.
- Monitoring market changes and adapting the system to new trends in human resource management.
